TUITION FREE + Uniform fees

Embark on a music al adventure by auditioning and registering to sing with the West Virginia Voices Youth Choir. A choir where everyone is welcome, and vocal music thrives.

The West Virginia Voices Children’s Choir is a TUITION-FREE community children’s choir for grades 2–5.

Kanawha Academy For The Arts Lessons

$30 per half-hour lesson/ $50 per hour lesson

Discover the joy of music by registering for private music lessons. Whether you are a beginner or looking to take your skills to a new height, we can help. There is a one-time $40 registration fee.

Current instruments taught:

  • Voice

  • Piano

  • Guitar (Beginner, Pop, and Classical)

  • Ukulele

  • Brass - Trumpet, Trombone, Horn, Euphonium

  • Woodwinds - Clarinet, Saxophone (all designations)

Group Lessons/ Classes/Audition Prep

Connect with our passionate instructors to assist you on your musical journey. We offer group lessons, special interest classes, and short term intensive audition prep lessons. Costs:

  • Group Lessons (3 or more students) = $20 per person per lesson

  • One time classes are $60 (unless already paid $40 upfront registration fee then $20)

  • Five lesson intensive audition Prep = $60 per session

STARTING THE SUMMER OF 2026

The Kanawha Academy for the Arts Music & Arts Camp will allow students to explore various aspects of music, theater, and Art.

  • July 27th - 31st

  • 8:30 AM - 4 PM (Regular Hours) 8 AM - 5 PM (Extended Care)

  • Cost - $75 for the week ($100 if requesting Extended Care)

  • Grades 2 – 8 (Split into two age groups)
